Delivery Process:

* Inside Dhaka – Delivery in Dhaka will be completed in 24 to 72 hours after the confirmation ( working days ). For inside Dhaka, delivery charges of 130 taka will be added.

In case of adverse weather conditions and/or political unrest our delivery time can be extended as situation requires. We deeply regret any inconveniences due to such unforeseeable reasons.

We have our own delivery group for deliveries within Dhaka. For outside Dhaka deliveries  we are using Soudorbon courier services / janani courier services as our delivery partner.

Payment Method :
* Cash on Delivery.  (Dhaka Only ) Customers .
* Outside Dhaka please pay by bKash (Advance payment) .

Cash on Delivery:
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.

⭕ ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার পর ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্ট চেক করে নিতে হবে।
⭕ প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার পর যদি প্রোডাক্টে কোনো প্রব্লেম বা ডেলিভারি ইস্যু হয় তা ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে চেক করে না নিলে পরবর্তীতে কোনো কমপ্লেইন গ্রহণযোগ্য না।
⭕ ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে চেক করে কোনো ভুল থাকলে অফিসের নাম্বারে ( +8801765616190) কল দিয়ে সল্যুশন নিতে হবে। ডেলিভারি ম্যান যাওয়ার পর কল দিলে কোনো এক্সচেঞ্জ অর্ডার নেয়া হবে না।
⭕ কোনো প্রোডাক্ট যদি মিসিং বা ভুল থাকে তা চেক করে না নিলে পরবর্তীতে রিঅর্ডার বা,এক্সচেঞ্জ অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পুনরায় ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে।
