Terms & Conditions For Outside Dhaka

Order confirmation policy:

No modification (addition/deduction/alteration) is entertained in the confirmed order.

Delivery time:

Courier booking will be made within 3-4 working days from the order confirmation. We are unable to take any urgent order.

Delivery method & Charge:

1. Delivery by courier (SA Paribahan/Sundarban). If you have any preference, please mention it at the time of order confirmation.
2. Depending on weight and dimension of the box, Courier Company will determine the cost. The usual courier charge is BDT 80 – BDT 400.

Payment policy:

1. Full payment by bKash to confirm the order. 2% bKash fee applicable.
2. Courier charge by cash to the courier company at the time of pick the parcel from courier office.

Packaging policy:

1. All packaging with carton is free of charge.
2. Cork sheet charge of BDT 200 will be applicable for frozen item. (Vivo, Butter etc.)
