🚚 Delivery ProcessInside Dhaka:
• Delivery within 24 to 72 working hours after order confirmation.
• A delivery charge of 130৳ will be added.
• We have our own delivery team for Dhaka city deliveries.
Outside Dhaka:
• Delivery through Sundarban Courier Service / Janani Courier Service.
• Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier schedule.
Note:
In case of bad weather, political unrest, or unavoidable situations, delivery time may be extended. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by such circumstances.
💳 Payment Method
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available only inside Dhaka.
• Outside Dhaka: Advance payment through bKash is required.
For COD Orders:
• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call.
• If you miss our call, please contact us to confirm your order.
• Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched.
